About Me:
I am truly passionate about my work and feel privileged to work and connect with so many different types of people. I have been described as warm, empathetic, and insightful with a balance of being clear and direct yet compassionate and caring. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual according to their personality, needs, and objectives. For me, it’s not about just fixing the problem in the moment, but by understanding why we do the things we do, so that we can make better choices long-term. My goal is to give clients the necessary tools and insights to help them better handle situations in their day-to-day lives and to manage their emotional reactions beyond the therapy environment.
I received a Bachelors degree in Psychology at UC Santa Barbara and a Masters in Psychology with a focus on Marriage and Family Therapy from Phillips Graduate Institute. I have been licensed by the California Board of Psychology since 2009 and have been in private practice since 2006.
Toluca Lake Office:
Toluca Lake is a charming neighborhood conveniently situated adjacent to Burbank, Studio City, and North Hollywood. This delightful area, which is adjacent to major attractions such as Disney, Warner Brothers, and Universal Studios, is particularly popular with professionals in the entertainment industry yet it maintains a quiet and private atmosphere, allowing residents and visitors to enjoy a sense of privacy.
My office is in a cozy converted home in Toluca Village, near great shops, cafes, and coffee places. In fact, you can enjoy Hanks Bagels in our comfortable waiting room or peaceful outdoor garden.
